Kitchen retailer Kutchenhaus has opened its first ever store in Eltham, southeast London this month, providing stylish, German-designed bespoke kitchens.
The store at 1 St Mary’s Place just off the High Street officially opened its doors on the 15th of October at 11am with a special opening event to welcome customers to the store and a cut the ribbon ceremony with the head of sales and operations. The store will serve customers across Eltham as well as the London boroughs of Greenwich and Bexley.
The shop is managed by John Lait who has more than 30 years’ experience working in the kitchen industry. He has previously been a senior design consultant at prestigious competitor brands and has worked extensively across southeast London throughout his career.
The two-story building boasts 1,750 square foot of retail space and will initially have two members of staff across customer services and kitchen design. The team have plans to employ another three members of staff within the next year once the store is settled.
Kutchenhaus is owned by Nobilia, Europe’s largest kitchen manufacturer and provides stylish, German designed ranges which are built to last following 70 years of technology, research and product development. Residents in Eltham can now benefit from the highest quality units and features including products produced by AEG and Quooker to provide full-service design of a kitchen.
Every kitchen is given a bespoke look with designers offering innovative solutions for any special wishes a customer has. Virtual appointments are also available with Kutchenhaus’ online 3D planning and design tool to create kitchens remotely for local customers if they are unable to come to the store.
